SR-36 Renewed

Questar Work Complete

Questar has completed their work from 520 South to 900 South.

Driveway, Sidewalk and Landscaping Work Begins 4/18

Crews will be onsite Monday, 4/18, to begin landscaping and concrete work.

  • Landscaping work will be taking place on the east and west side of SR-36 from 520 South to 2000 North. Landscaping activities will take place daily through early June.
  • Crews will be removing the temporary asphalt driveways from Vine Street to 520 South and replacing them with concrete.  Crews anticipate all driveways will be placed by early June.
  • Sidewalks will also be placed from Vine Street to 520 South, and in any areas that were not poured last year north of Vine Street.

Reconstruction Begins 4/25

Crews will begin reconstructing SR-36 from 520 South to 900 South on Monday, 4/25.  This work will require flagging operations. We ask that allow you extra time or adjust your travel schedule if at all possible to avoid construction related delays.  Additional information regarding this work will be provided in next week’s update.

Final Paving Vine Street to 520 South

We anticipate we’ll begin placing the final layer of pavement from Vine Street to 520 South the week of 4/25. During paving, access to cross streets will be temporarily closed. We’ll have additional details on the exact start date in next week’s update.
