Redevelopment Agency (RDA)

Members of the City Council and the Mayor function as the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of Tooele City.  Tooele currently has two RDA project areas: a commercial park on West Vine Street and the Ninigret Depot.  The Ninigret Depot, formerly Utah Industrial Depot, is owned and managed by The Ninigret Group, L.C.  The depot is 1,700 acres of industrial land and buildings located on property previously occupied by Tooele Army Depot.
