Morgan’s Biography

Morgan HintonIntroduction: Morgan’s entire life has been spent in Tooele with her parents and younger sister.  She has two dogs, Raider and Jager.  Jager is a year-old German Shorthair Pointer that is the center of Morgan’s life and her adventure partner.  She considers him her child or “furry baby”.  Morgan graduated from Tooele High where she was an academically outstanding student and member of several clubs and sports teams.  Some of those include: Track and Field, Chamber Strings, and FFA.  Morgan found a particular love for the FFA program as it exposed her to new experiences and friendships during her Senior year.

Why I Want to Be Miss Tooele City:  “I have a deep passion and respect for our country and those who have fought and currently fight for it.  I am eager to instill that same love in others’ hearts and share with them things such as the story behind red poppy, proper flag etiquette, and ways to serve our veterans.  I want to inspire patriotism in Tooele City, especially in the younger generation. I currently am taking the initiative to organize white cross memorials for our city cemetery. My desire is to involve as many community members and organizations in making white crosses for every veteran at the Tooele City Cemetery which will be placed at their grave each Memorial Day.”

This year Morgan began helping with white cross memorials at cemeteries, honoring those who have served our country.

She wants to raise Jersey cows one day and live on a farm where she can resue dogs.  She has a weird left eye tooth that is called a star tooth. She is terrified of fish, mostly because they do not blink. Her weird, useless, party talent is that she can fit a red Solo cup in her mouth. She loves anything outdoors or agriculture related.
