Fire Prevention Week is a special week for the Tooele City Fire department. The department sponsors an open house for the residents of Tooele City, young and old, to visit the members of their fire department and become educated about fire safety. The open house will be October 12,2019 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Last year over 1,000 participants stopped by Fire Station #1. You can climb onto the fire apparatus, spray a hose line and try our obstacle course. This year AirMed is scheduled to land at noon. Families have the opportunity to learn about fire safety by going through the life safety trailer.

Together With Youth is proud to present the 28th Annual Family Halloween Carnival to be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. at the Dow James Building (438 West 400 North, Tooele).
This is a favorite tradition for many families in our community!
There’s food, games, face painting and much more for the entire family. The kids costume parade will be at 1:00 p.m.
All the food and fun is FREE! The suggested donation is one can of food per person to be donated to the Tooele Food Bank.
