Dow James Building is Open for Walking

Come in from the cold!  The Dow James Building is available for walking most weekday mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from October 15th through April 15th.  This is a great service available during the winter months that we hope our residents will take advantage of and enjoy!  Questions? AARP Driver Safety Class

If you are 50 or over, you may save on your car insurance by taking the AARP Safe Driving Class!

The class begins at 9:00 a.m. Lunch is included (provided by Mountain West Healthy Circle). The class will conclude at 2:00 p.m.

Mountain West Medical Center is located at 2055 N. Main St.,Tooele.

The cost is $20.00 for non-members (a discount of $5.00 for members). All participants must sign up prior to class date.

Baby Bookworms (Birth – 24 months)

Baby Bookworms is a parent-child lap sit program using the 7 days 7 ways principles from Very Ready to Read.

Designed for babies from birth to 24 months.

This program is repeated 2 times and begins when full – or at 11:00 and 11:30.

Children 2 and older can enjoy programs for their age groups such as Wiggle Worms and Storytime. Look for these in our calendar!

This FREE, evidence-based program will help participants recognize the warning signs, risk factors, and common behaviors of those at risk for suicide. Participants will learn skills on how to best help and potentially save lives of loved ones.  This training is for anyone who would like resources on this important issue.  Participants 12 and older are welcome to enroll.
