Social Media Post for August Tooele Take Pride Thursday Fall Cleanup 2020
August 13, 2020

Show your pride in Tooele City by participating in the Tooele Take Pride Thursdays Fall Cleanup. Our first service project will be on Thursday, August 13, 2020. We will be working on the south side of Smelter Road between 7th Street and Overland Road.

We will be meeting at Elton Park Softball Field on the corner of 400 North and 7th Street at 7:00 p.m. Be sure to bring your gloves, tools, and a mask.   This project is next to the road. Volunteers will be issued a safety vest.

Watch for future clean up events on Thursday, September 10, 2020 and Thursday, October 8, 2020.

Fairy House Family Pick Up 2020

FREE to Families of All Ages. Pick-up your fairy house on August 31, 2020 from 5:00-6:00 pm at the Tooele Valley Museum. Spend the week building and decorating your house. Drop off your completed house on September 4, 2020 from 5:00-6:00 pm at the Tooele Valley Museum (35 N. Broadway Street). All houses will be on display for the community to enjoy.

Holiday Craft Club 2020
The September Kids Craft Club will include the supplies to make a back to school clipboard and a wooden desk organizer. Supplies will be available for pick up on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Tooele City Hall (90 N. Main Street) from 4:00-5:00 pm. Drive through on the south side of City Hall to receive your bag of supplies. Instructions will be provided with your supplies as well as a video that will be posted on Tooele City Arts Council’s Facebook page. Space is limited! Register today!
