Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on May 2, 2020 has been postponed.
- Place hold requests using ONE card per family at https://tooele.ent.sirsi.net/
- Place hold requests before 7:00 am on Monday, May 4.
- Have your card number handy at pick up.
- Please be patient and stay in your car.
- Pick up will be done in the angled parking spaces on the North side of the building. Enter from 100 West and exit onto 150 West.
- At arrival, park in numbered spot and call 435-882-2182.
- Pick up ends promptly at 5:00 pm.
- Do not pick up if you or someone in your household is sick. (Call the library to discuss alternate pick up arrangements.)
- Item returns will only be accepted in the book drop on pick up days. We will not handle them until later in the week. So don’t worry if you see them on your account for a couple of days. (All due dates extended until the library reopens.)

City Council Meetings are generally held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at Tooele City Hall 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public.

Planning Commission Meetings are generally held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at Tooele City Hall, 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public.
Due to COVID-19, Tooele City has implemented Governor Herbert’s and Mayor Winn’s emergency declarations regarding public gatherings for all public meetings, yet we still want to encourage public participation in our government. Citizens will not be able to attend this meeting in person at City Hall. The public may join the meeting electronically by logging on to the Tooele City Facebook page, at https://www.facebook.com/tooelecity.
If you would like to make a comment during any public hearing item, you may do so by emailing pcpubliccomment@tooelecity.org. Emails will only be read at the designated points in the meeting but all emails received will be read into the record.
