2019 Municipal General Election

General Election 2019Registered voters should have received their ballots in the mail for the November 5, 2019 Municipal General Election by October 22, 2019. If you have not received your ballot, contact the Tooele County Clerk’s Office at 435-843-3140.
 
For Tooele City Residents, there are 3 open positions on the Tooele City Council. You can vote for up to 3 candidates:
WAYNE ANDERTON
JUSTIN G. BRADY
DAVE MCCALL
ED HANSEN
JON GOSSETT
TONY F. GRAF

VOTE BY MAIL
Make sure your ballot is counted by either:
1. Postmarking your ballot on or before November 4, 2019 (the day before the election).
2. Dropping your ballot off at the Tooele County Clerk’s Office, a polling location, or a drop box by 8:00 pm on Election Day.
 
There are 2 Ballot Drop Box Locations in Tooele:
Tooele City Hall – 90 North Main
Tooele County Building – 47 South Main
 
 
EARLY VOTING IN PERSON
To Early Vote you will be required to turn the ballot that you received in the mail over to the election worker. There will be a ballot marking device for disabled voters or voters who have trouble reading, writing, etc.
 
Early Voting:
Tooele County Bldg. – Clerk’s Office – 47 S. Main, Room #318
Thursday, October 24th from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 25th from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 31st from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, November 1st from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 
Voters who register after October 21st are not eligible to Early Vote. Voter Identification is required for Early Voting.
 
VOTE IN PERSON ON ELECTION DAY
Tuesday, November 5, 2019
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Middle Canyon Elementary – 751 E. 1000 N.
Tooele County Building – 47 S. Main (Basement Auditorium)
