SR-36 Renewed

Current and Upcoming Road Closures

  • The east leg of 400 South will be closed through 10/23 for water line work.
  • The west legs of all cross streets will close intermittently for short periods of time to accommodate material and curb and gutter placement throughout October. We will coordinate our closures so that two adjacent cross streets are not closed at the same time.

Upcoming Work – 10/26/15 to 11/02/15

Railroad Bridge to 1000 North

  • Crews are currently paving the west side between 1280 North and 2000 North. This work will be complete by 10/24. Crews will then begin resurfacing the east side from 1280 North to 2000 North on 10/26. Repaving of the east side is anticipated to begin on 10/28. • Crews will be importing materials from 700 North to 520 South over the next week to rebuild the roadway. This work requires the use of heavy machinery and large trucks; please watch for them entering and exiting the work zone.
  • Crews will begin placing the curb and gutter on the west side at 700 North on 10/28.
