Miss Tooele City Home Page2014 Miss Tooele City – Cera Strain

On June 30, 2014 Cera Strain was crowned Miss Tooele City.

Cera is currently attending Stansbury High School and plans to attend college to obtain a BSN and RN.  Cera is the daughter of Hal and Lisa Strain.

Cera’s Biography

2014 Royalty Cera StrainIntroduction: Cera is a senior at Stansbury High School and was elected as the Co-Captain of Stansbury High School’s Dance Company.  Cera loves the arts, medical sciences and learning anything new. She has 3 little sisters and 1 older sister who she loves to the moon and back, then to the moon again!

Why I Want to Be Miss Tooele City:  “I want to be Miss Tooele City because this community has a lot to offer.  There are many different programs with so many different types of people.  There is little to no discrimination so no one is left out.  I want to be able to assist the city in growing to be even better than it already is.”

Special Awards, Honors & Recognition:  Beehive completion; Mia Maid completion; Diamond 1st Queen at Aspire Dance competition; Perfect Attendance (7th, 8th, 9th and 11th grade); Medical Terminology Achievement; Auto 1 and 3 Achievement; CNA completion; Superintendent’s Academic Achievement Award (7th – 11th grade).

Community or Other Service:  England Acres weeding; Dancers Edge Studio volunteer teacher; Glen Cottage Retirement Center; Maple Hills Young Women’s Camp Yard Sale.

Other Interesting Information About Me:  Maintained a 3.8 GPA through high school; Dances 20-30 hours a week; Loves working with the elderly and children; Medical Science is Cera’s passion; Hands on especially in emergencies; Enjoys working on cars with dad.
