Apply to join the Library Board

Applications for Library Board Members are being accepted now through May 1, 2017.

The Library Board of Directors is a volunteer advisory body assembled to represent the diversity of Tooele. Board members serve as advocates for library services and propose solutions in policy development. Tooele City’s Mayor appoints members of the board with consent of the City Council. Members serve a three-year term beginning July 1.

Apply to Join the Teen Advisory Council

Applications for Teen Advisory Council Members are being accepted now through June 2, 2017.

The Teen Advisory Council is open to students ages 13-18 (7th-12th grade) residing in Tooele City or current library members. TAC members meet regularly to join in the creation and development of library activities, programs, displays, and services. Members serve a one-year term from June 2017-June 2018.
